Alix Garin was born in 1997 in Belgium. Her vocation for comics was revealed at a very young age, and it is without hesitation that she took a course in comics at the Saint Luc School of Arts in Liege. In 2017, she won the Young Talents prize at the Quai des Bulles festival in Saint Malo.

Her first graphic novel, Ne m'oublie pas, was published in 2021 by Le Lombard. This work was acclaimed by the critics and won, among others, the France Culture prize for students, the Fnac BD Belgium prize, the Rossel prize, and the Première Oeuvre prize of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation.

In addition to her work in comics, Alix is also an illustrator for the communication agency Cartoonbase. She lives and works in Brussels.
