Born in 1980 in Castre.

After a degree in Visual Communication and a training at Gobelins as an animator, Carole Maurel opens her blog in 2007 after a WebToon contest.

In parallel to her job as an animator and graphic designer, she signed her first comic book in 2013 with Casterman Editions, Comme chez toi. Since then, she publishes one book per year and will regularly be awarded for her warm and colorful drawings.
